This is my ultimate happiness!

We always, like ALWAYS, want to have one memory that last forever. And for me, I will to keep it in as creative way as possible. Ga cuma pake foto yang dicetak atau dilihat di laptop (masih jaman ya nyetak foto di fuji film? haha..), tapi dalam bentuk apa sodara-sodara? JENG JENG JENG... VIDEO CLIP a.k.a. cinematography!! Wohooo!

I have an absolutely sweet pre-wedding clip that I’m so proud of! Yay!

6. Flawless Make Up

Thanks to Mbak Mayang, who already shaped me from plain-make-up-only powder-and-eyeliner-kind-of-girl to be a “mature and humble” lady. Hehe. Mas satyo has been transformed too! From his high-school-boy-who-just-graduated-due-to-his-baby-face appearance to be a handsome and super charming gentleman! I put my trust on her; since she was already handling my make up since pre wedding photo session and it’s all pretty on cams!

My hair is just… lovely J hihihi, very natural at first session, and very childish at the second one hohoho.. jaman sekarang siapa sih yang masih pake rambut berkepang dua tinggi ala sailormoon? ;p

This session I use simple knee-length white dress and creamy-baby-green-tops theme. Si Mas are using pastel color that suits his skin tone very very well. In this session, I just realize that pastel colour; if it is at the right ingredients; might shape your dark skin into a lighter one *inget, lighter, sekali lagi LIGHTER, bukan light tone, haha*

Oh and….smokey eyes never dies :D

5. Very charming director

His name is evan secunda. Very serious about this. He is very dedicated yet funny! He makes us relax and he transformed us from super-duper-nervous couple into only act with a little- tense :p hahaha, we were super awkward and cant act. Definitely NOT ABLE TO! Yet as time goes by, the ice melts and our smile is (finally) just risen up. The only problem is… times needed. And many. Or much. Haha..

4. High quality of camera

I’m not sure about the spec of a camera, never really an expert on that. But my clip is actually a united puzzle from 5-10 seconds clip; that being shot in hundreds, like HUNDREDS of scene, and trust me, its-not-easy. Beeeuh..!

3. Incredible Venue

Nobody can guess where we were. Nope. No clue of the venue dooonk muahahaha.. I want to keep it as a secret for me and Si Mas only J Tapi perjalanan kesana jauuuuuh banget, tapi worth iiiit banget. Look look at the ranch, dan betapa lucu kuda2nya, dan betapa bagus pohon2nya. My favorite scene adalah di bawah pohon yang gedeeeeee banget… Mwuah!

2. Extra sweet plot

Intinya, ketika aku tlaaaaah deeeewasaaa (baca: pake notasi lagu sherina); itu I recall the memories during my “pacaran” time. The “knot” will be foto Polaroid taken during “masa pacaran” hihihi.. Ada adegan gendong2an, terus adegan tindih2an (yang kemudian disensor), terus adegan lari-lari, adegan guling-guling, adegan sweet2, ah lutunaaaa.. Lalu adegan ditutup dengan kehadiran si belahan hati yang pulang kantor #eaaaaaaa ahahahaha.. yayayayayayy.. lucunyaaa… *ini kata saya*

1. Inconceivable efforts worth the result

Ah, im not gonna say much about it. It was a looooooooooooong and haaaaaaard journey! But overall I’m satisfied and happy! Ah lihat sendiri aja deh :D

I am the Cinderella: Story of Make Up & Wardrobe (Vendor Review)

I realize that I might not be a Cinderella. She has privilege to have the fairy godmother transformed her into a princess material. From the film and the book, I can also see that by default she already is a charming princess; kalau nggak mana mungkin dia di-bully setengah mati sama sodara-sodara-nya kan yaa book..

Unfortunately, not all women have that privilege to look beautiful like her; by default. Mayoritas dari kita-kita ini nggak kayak Dian Sastro yang kalau nguap masih aja cantik. Atau kita kita ini nggak kayak Sandra Dewi yang tidur mangap juga tetep imut. Saya aja ngerasa jelek banget kalau bangun tidur.

But then again, beauty is only skin deep à Makanya kita ngurusin skin setengah mati donk ya, pake Ponds BB cream biar cantik #produkUnilever #promosi #blogberbayarceritanya #padahalgratisan ahaha..

Wajar banget kan kalau orang yang mukanya cakep (calon kepo) kayak saya ini –kalau dilihat dari sedotan Starbucks- percaya banget bahwa the power of cosmetics, treatment, and makeup artist; can actually change someone’s appearance; like completely.

Walaupun gw pengguna setia makeup, tapi ya muka ga berubah-berubah banget. Secara yaaa.. Tiap hari gw ke kantor Cuma pake liquid foundation, bedak, pensil alis, eyeliner dan lipbalm (kadang lipstick) – Niatnya pengen pamer bahwa gw Cuma pake sedikit produk tapi kok list-nya jadi banyak

Makanya ya sodara-sodara, saya NIAT SEABIS-ABISNYA untuk cari tukang mek ap yang tersohor seantero jagad raya untuk mengubah wajah biasa gadis pantura ini menjadi “cetar membahana” saat saya menjadi ratu sehari saat nikahan kemarin.

Yaaak, jadi posting ini ceritanya mau ngebahas masyalah Vendor menor-menoran alias rias merias! Nah, jadi ceritanya ada 2 event ya sodara-sodara sekalian, akad nikah dan resepsi; yang ceritanya dilakukan pada hari nyang berbeda.

1. Akad Nikah, Rias by Sanggar Tiara Salon, Wardrobe by “self-made”

Mengapa Sanggar Tiara Salon (STS)? Karena sesungguhnya STS adalah rekanan Mas Win, mas-mas dekor mantab yang merupakan rekanannya bu Aburrahman, ibu-ibu catering yang merupakan rekanannya PLN, yang merupakan tempat kerja si Mama; muahahaha; the power of network is indeed powerful kan ya book..

Pimpinan sanggar ini namanya bu Tuty, sang jagoan yang konon sudah malang melintang di Dunia Rias-riasan sejak jaman Kabayan masih naksir Nyi Iteung. Saya sih percaya ajalah.. Muka saya udah cantik dari sononya sih *hayaaaah mau dipegang siapa aja pasti sama cantiknya #plisbangetskipbagianini

Kalau cerita mengenai kebaya akad nikah ini aku udah pernah share disini yaaak, silahkan dibaca-baca kisah mengharukan dan jatuh bangunyaaa.. akhirnya setelah berpeluh keringat, muncul si baju ini yang sekarang hadir dengan modifikasi disini dan disanaaa.. misalnyaa ekor menyeret sepanjang 1,5 m hasil “minjem” dari mbak Hera beserta bros juga hasil “minjem” dari mbak Hera yang baik hati dan tidak sombong (cerita mbak Hera sabar ya, ntar ada dibawah hehehe)

Ohya, balik lagi ke STS, disana aku minjem baju buat saksi, sama buat ortu pria kedua mempelai. Sama kain jarik buatku dan mama-Ibu. Lucunyaaaaaaaaaa baju Papa dan Bapak (dan Adik, yang jadi saksi), soalnya bajunya itu kayak bajunya SBY, bukan beskap jawa biasa, tapi surjan; jadi berasa keluarga keratoonn., Oohh, love it so much! Nah untuk riasnya dilihat sendiri-lah performancenya. Aku suka banget rambutnya (sayangnya hairspraynya kurang banyak kayaknya, jadi pas uda siang langsung brudul); make-upnya kecuali bagian mata sih perfectooo.. Pictures tell more than 10,000,000 words #eaaa

Aku sih suka, Cuma si Mas nggak suka soalnya mata aku-Mama-ibu ditempel-tempel selotip yang bikin kita ga bisa melek dan bikin mata kita sayu-sayu lucu gitu. Pas dibersihin rada susah soalnya lem bulu matanya menyakiti hatikyuuuw. Ow ow..

2. Timeliness: 7,00

Men, masak akad nikah jam 7, mbaknya dateng jam setengah 6. Ah kalau ini dudulitaaa lah..

3. Kebaikan hati & keinginan membantu: 8,0

Apa banget yak judulnya.. tapi intinya mbak mbak disini sangatlah baik hati dan tidak sombong (in very literal meaning). Cuma kenapa nilainya Cuma 8,00? Soalnya sangat helpful kalau kesana dateng langsung. Kalau di bbm atau di telf respondnya lama euuuy…

4. Harga: 9,0

Nggak tau persis sih, tapi sepaket sama dekor, dlsb dipatoknya uda murmer banget

5. Lokasi: 6,5

Strategis daerahnya, di Pancoran. Tapi actual places-nya jauh cyiiiiinnn…

6. Sewa-sewa baju: 9,5

Oke kualitasnya, dan variasinya, kinclongnya, ukurannya, maknyuuus

Recommended, especially kalau mau nyewa baju yaaa.. untuk rias, kayaknya kudu cerewet  sedikit J

Uda ready dari jam 2, agak overwhelming sih soalnya pager ayu/bagus-nya dating rada telat dan tau-tau baru pada gedebrukan deket-deket mau mulai. Untuk mbak-mbaknya banyak dan gesit. Jempollah. Sayangnya, kita agak miscomm sodara-sodara. Karena kondisi kesehatan yang perform di panggung kan Mas Tri (kakaknya si Mas), bukan Bapak; jadi ternyata kita butuh 3 jarik ortu mempelai pria (Papa-Bapak-Mastri); sayangnya Cuma ada 2 biji jariknya –ngepas abis-, alhasil sempet kacaulah; untung mas-mas Hasina sigap ngebawain dari Rawamangun ke venue #buset #gakkurangjauh hehehehe.. salut saluuuut..

3. Kebaikan hati & keinginan membantu: 9,0

Mantablah.. dari pertama dateng, fitting-fitting buat temen-temen, buat Papa Mama, sampai pas technical meeting, wohoooo.. ini okeee banget bok. Mbak Kiki-Hasina sebagai marketingnya juga helpful sangattt..

Ini gw pake paket gedung sih mengcover rias & baju ortu mempelai, nambah baju kakak-kakak-adik ipar (soalnya jatah dari gedung untuk 14 orang penerima tamu dan pager ayu-bagus udah abis hehehe), , nambah 750.000 karena eke pake paes ageng, nambah lagi 2,000,000 soalnya minta dirias sama ibu Waty si master yang punya Hasina, nambah 1,000,000 soalnya aku pake paket panggih (ini seru bangetttt, ada injek telor, suap-suapan, lempar sirih, yang lucu-lucu itu, tapi kita ga usah nyiapin semuanya karena dengan si paket aku dapet semua itu dari Hasinanya) okey banget kok cyiiiin

5. Lokasi: 7,0

Depok-Rawangun Jauh, Sekian.

Hmm, baju ortu mempelai memenuhi standard J kainnya penerima tamu lucuuu (karena gw yang miluh hehehe), untuk baju pengantin aku nggak ambil disini cyiin..

3. Wedding Dress, by Rumah Pengantin Hera

Yup, kita make sebuah Vendor Baru yang hits dan melejits. Namanya Rumah pengantin Hera by Mbak Neneng Herawati. Panggilannya Mbak Hera, hehehe..

Mbak Hera adalah seorang wanita sederhana, sangat suka membantu, dan suka bikin terharu atas dedikasinya… Dia adalah tempat saya menyerahkan segenap jiwa raga untuk baju pengantin; serta tempat saya sewa perdana untuk pakaian Mama-Ibu, baik untuk akad maupun resepsi. Baju-nya Mama-Ibu panjangnya semata kaki loooh.. Jadi ga kalah eksis ya bok sama pengantinnyaaa..

Mbak Hera is definitely the most fairy godmother among other vendor! Baiknya masya Allah, minjemin bros, kerudung, manset, ciput, mahkota, aksesoris jilbab buat mama-Ibu, brooch buatku, ekor dan kerudung akad, all for free J yayayayayay!!! Bajunya mbak Hera juga bagus dan pas banget di badan J Mwuaaaah..

Love you, mbak hera!

Gak usah dibikin per point-lah. Pokoknya overall score: 9,50!!! Hohohoho…

Vendor Review: Decoration By Mas Win & Gaya Kharisma

Let’s finish the unfinished!

Hmm.. Check satu-satu yuk cyiin reviewku buat dekor :)

In this part i will divide my review into two parts: Akad Nikah (yang berada dirumah) dan Resepsi yang berada di gedung. Keduanya pake vendor yang berbeda, yuk check satu-satuuuuu ;)

1. Akad Nikah; decoration vendor by Mas Win

Hehehe, kok by mas win? Soalnya si mas ini gak bernama vendor-nya hohoho.. beliau adalah adiknya Ibu Abdurrahman, yakni pemilik catering Laut Tawar yang rasanya tiada dua-nya itu loh. Aku hanya ketemu sama mas win 1x, Cuma sebentar banget, paling juga setengah jam-an gitu. Aku Cuma nunjukin “NUANSA”, sekali lagi, nuansa, yang aku mau à “ijo dan putih ya mas, mayoritas putihhh, dengan sedikiiiiit aja aksen gold..”, dan iya langsung mengiyakan.

Pada saat itu sih ragu ya boook, secaraaaa mas Win ini aja disuruh ngirim email gak ngirim-ngirim; disuruh ngirim contoh gambar juga gak ngirim-ngirim, deg-deg-an banget yaaaa cyiiin. Apalagi sama mas wim itu muraaaaaaaaaah abis. Makin deg-deg-an lagi (ini gimana sih, dikasih mahal protes, dikasih murah juga protes hahaha..)

Gw pesen tenda sepanjang beranda dan jalanan rumah, plus meja & kursi bulat kapasitas untuk 100 orang, additional kursi sekitar 50 buah, pelaminan, kamar pengantin, full bouquet bunga dimana-dimana, dekor rumah (anak tangga, pergola depan, teras, taman, garasi, name it), dan rias pengantin & keluarga; plus sewa baju akad untuk keluarga (diluar pengantin, hanya 2 ortu mempelai dan 2 saksi), tebak berapaaaaaaaaa? Kurang dari 12 juta.. meeeen...

Pokoknya ya, gw bismillah aja deh, akhirnya gue memilih mas Win ini juga karena papa mama yakin abeeeess sama si bu Abdurrahman, jadi ya.. yang terjadi terjadilah, kun fayakun mareeee...

Hasilnya?

JENG JENG JENG JENG: SPEECHLESS.

Ini vendor gue kasih nilai 9,75 deh.

BEUUUUHHH..

Mas win H-1 udah datang kerumah membawa sepasukan lengkap, udah membangun tenda, taplak-plak mejanya lengkap dan bersiiiih, bawa berbagai variasi warna yang lengkap, kainnya licin disetrika semua, terus men men men... bunganya bagus banget dan GAK MURAHAN SAMA sekali, dan penting abis: WANGIIIIIII walaupun ga pake parfum2an karena smeuanya asli dan cakeppppp banget.

Tau gak? Mas win ngerangkai sendiri bunga-bunganya, aih aih aih... gw aja yang H-1 Cuma leyeh-leyeh doank (ehm, untuk mengeluarkan aura #alesaaan #mageeer), ga berhenti berdecak kagum ah, love mas Win lah..

Langsung aja dilihat hasilnya: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED bgt nih si mas!

Hanya saja perlu di-watch out, mungkin karena mas win ini bekerja dengan tim kecil, harus kudu dieksplore apakah beliau bener2an bisa handle “gedung” dalam waktu singkat :)

2. Resepsi – Ghaya Kharisma

Dihandle oleh mbak Ridha, pertamanya terlihat meyakinkan sekali, hehe. Mbak Ridha baik dan kelihatan menyimak penjelasan dan maunya aku.

TAPI sodara-sodara, pelayanan selanjutnya mengecewakan. Ghaya kharisma Cuma punya 1 gebrok putih, terus pas technical meeting hanya mengirimkan “teknisi” yang kayaknya walaupun sudah dijelaskan tetap nggak mudeng, terus ALL MY REQUEST were gone.

• Aku request warna hijau muda pupus ala lemon; yang dikasih hijau tua ala mushola.
• Aku request bunga dominan putih dengan hijau dan gold (atau kuning) sebagai aksen, yang muncul bunga kuning
• Aku request ada air mancur dan payung-payung putih didepan pelaninan, yang ada Cuma taman mini
• Aku request tenda yang nggak kosong (dan kalaupun ada terlalu banyak ruang kosong aku minta diisi oleh standing flower/ilalang/lamp/photo), ternyata Cuma meja photo dan standing frame; itupun yang nyediain vendor photoku dan bukannya decor.
• Aku request sangkar burung yang penuh bunga, yang ada tiang dan kandangnya doank
• Aku baru ditanya-tanya detail menjelang H-3 pula; seolah-olah kita nggak pernah technical meeting
• Aku waktu itu pilih Ghaya kharisma karena konon katanya banyak gratisan, eh malah minta apa-apa di-charge L

Overall, it doesn’t meet my expectation......

Even if ada bunga dan hiasan yang cuanteeeek, it comes from my catering: Kiki!!!! (Will review it on another articles yaaa..)

No no no no.. I didnt say it was a disaster, not at allllll..

But for me Ghaya kharisma is just so-so; not bad at all, but for me, it’s not satisfying either. The only vendor that wasn’t perform & comply to my standard.

But then again, it goes back to your judgment ya readers :) mungkin aja sh** just happened on my case but it wasn’t happen to you; so dont just read this review and dont change your mind that easy.

I’m making my own life without giving a damn to others

Little hut when we create more and more coincindences…

Hahaha, seru ya kalimat pertamanya! ;p You know kan ya bahwa this blog is basically recording my life with si Mas. A whole new world (Aladin banget yaaa booook..) yang tercipta dari kebetulan-kebetulan kecil yang gue yakini adalah bagian dari jaring laba-laba yang udah di sulam oleh Allah; yang gw ga tahu kapan mulainya, dan makin ngga tahu lagi kapan berakhirnya.

I talked to my ex boss one time. Three months ago, he doubted my decision. The decision was a one in a lifetime experience; it will then determine my future and define my happiness: my marriage. Three months ago, he challenged me for my choice; why do I have to go this fast? Who am I marrying? Do I know well about the guy? Am I ready to be tied by a guy who will be my everything till death do us apart? And the ultimate question: Are you sure?

At that point of time, three months ago, honestly, one feeling occured: I was offended. Truly.

Why was I? Oh... I’m a complete adult, for God’s sake. True that I was just 24 years old at that moment; but I’m stretched 6 years from the point when government gives me freedom to think, decide, and act as a full civilians. A formal entity has granted me a right of self-determination; without my parent’s supervision. They (government) didn't not only recognize, but also admitted and respected my OWN decision. And nobody, once again, nobody can judge me for my “young” age. I’m mature enough to choose and defend my faith.

My boss, like many others, believe that I’m not fully aware the consequences of being married, that I was making an impulsive decision, and not considering the long term cost. They don’t understand why did I have to make the decision that fast, to this person I barely know, and how I was forgetting my past lover so quick. Or they might even assume, that because of the transition period I went through was strangely so smooth; I already planned it. Rumours spreaded, that I was splitting my heart into two plates and just broke one when another plate is already filled by the right dishes.

Mannnn.. All.Is.Wrong.

Why? Because things just happened.

And you just know; and can't to anything. Certain things are SIMPLY meant to be happened.

That easy? Yeah, THAT easy! Have you ever filled that you were looking for a very nice dress; you don’t even know how it will look like, but suddenly your eyes found a nice silky dress that just fits you perfectly? Or have you been so hungry, you only need good food but you don't know what you want, then suddenly your eyes meet a very tempting tukang mie ayam with asap yang mengepul and your appetite is simply flooding? Or or or... Have you ever feel so broken, really need some money desperately! and suddenly when you reach out your pocket you just found a sheet of money, 50.000 inside?

Once again: Things just happened.

Coincidences are real.

And if coincidences happened, doesn’t mean that’s wrong.

Coincidences are not less meaningful than planned action.

Just last week, my ex boss, the same person with the one who doubted me 3 months ago-- got back to me; he was asking for another chat. He saluted me for choosing my life path and finally making that huge decision. He admitted that I indeed created a good decision since my “past lover” was remembered by a lot of people--because of his wrong-doings (which is completely not the point of this post). He greeted me for my bravery to confront people’s underestimation and negativity. He confessed that he did question me before; but not now.

I smiled.

No No No.

Not because my choice or my bravery.

I did because I know I’m making my own life without giving a damn to others. I was so proud of myself because I didn’t let the others defined me for my choice. I was so happy because I won the fight with myself, fighting my fear of people’s doubt.

This post is not intended to clarify anything.

I just want to say two things:

a. You should stand for yourself and defend your faith.

b. Coincidences are not less worthy than planned action.

And I love my husband even more ever since

Hari ini tanggal 25 Februari 2013. Berarti... It’s about 1,5 months after I got married with my husband #yaiyalah #samasiapalagi.

1,5 months is a very very very short period to judge, but so far, everything goes smoothly, if not very very very smooth #lebaynyamulaimuncul

I just remember what happened to the “little tyas” while at elementary school, I was asked by my friends about “how your future husband will be?” Woooow, siap-siap narik nafas buat liat list-nya yaaa..

Pengennya buanyak buanget, kalau di-list mah ga bakal kelar sampai besok bacanya. Yang namanya kriteria ideal, widiiih... Segede gabanlah.. (Btw, gaban itu apa sih? Terus emang segede apaaa..)

Tapi kalau sekarang ditanya apakah suamiku memenuhi kriteria itu 100%? Meeennnn, siapa sih yang bisa menemukan suami cucok 100% with their needs? Almost none! Even if they believe that the criteria is met, it's either they are on denial or, realized it or not, their criteria might be shifted.

Yang gue sadari adalah bahwa kriteria yang gw sebutin itu adalah kriteria pas saya masih timik timik sekecil anak ayam. Kalau sekarang saya ditanya, waduh, kriterianya udah jauh bedaaa.. Saya yakin, kamu pasti juga begitu. Bisa jadi lebih details, bisa jadi makin simpel, bisa jadi makin abstrak (for the latest ini mungkin yang sudah tidak bisa melihat light at the end of the tunnel because of the never ending searching of their jodoh ;p)

Kalau aku, makin lama kiterianya makin bersahaja: Yang punya komitmen. Dan jujur.

Buat apa orangnya super brilian kalau ga pernah ngajak nikah?

Buat apa dia udah mapan dan siap menikah tapi orangnya suka main serong?

At the end, with certain set of criteria yang muluk-muluk, itu jadi hambatan lo untuk membuka hati. For me, be relax-lah... Jangan sok kepedean; jangan sok ke-laku-an! Haha.. masak gara-gara mobil bukan honda jazz, atau gara-gara muka ga kayak lukman sardi, atau gara-gara masakannya ga seenak Bara Patirajawane terus dicoret, ya ga gitu juga ya bok!

Lagian mana tau kalau lo emang se-attractive itu? Kalau kata mbak Lucy Wiryono yang punya Holycow steak, she said:

“Sebetulnya yang paling penting dari soal kriteria ini juga diri kita sendiri sih. Apa kita udah jadi orang yang cukup baik sehingga merasa berhak menilai orang lain? Jangan2 kita ngarep dapet orang yang on paper nya bagus, tapi kita sendiri ternyata bukan catch material...”

“Gue sih percaya banget, energi yang sefrekuensi akan saling berdekatan. Jadi kalo lo pengen dapet pasangan dengan kriteria tertentu (yg masuk akal tentunya ya) ya kita dulu lah yang jadi orang itu. You have to think beyond, you need someone yang ga cuma enak dilihat satu-dua tahun; tapi for the rest of your life this person will accompany you at your best, and most importantly, at your worst...

Back to the counting days,

After 1,5 months together...

For me,

My husband is the most perfect one.

I simply can’t ask for more.

My criteria are all in him #cieeeh #adayangGR #inidenialbukanya :p

Why Write?

Some people say that I am an open book ’cause I write about my personal life to the whole world.

Some might  even think I have no privacy.

The thing they sometimes forget, each and every person has their own unique way in coping with life.

And being an open book that they think I am, it’s only the surface they see, for there are so many hidden chapters I chose to keep it to myself.

I chose to write about happy stuff, some things that people can laugh at, or laugh together with.

‘Cause in this shitty, shitty world, if you don’t help yourself to be happy, you will lose your sanity.

This blog, is 5% sneak peek of my life.

My happy part.

My gratitude for every blessing that despite my problems, in some small, unimportant events or things, the Man above still gives me the privilege to laugh, smile, and feel fulfilled.

So if you ask, why write?

Because I’m helping myself.

Because I need to survive the shittiness.

Because I need to keep my sanity.

Some people have their own way in dealing with life and problems.

And I choose to write :)

There’s no REGRET: Myrza Photo, my favourite vendor!

The moment will last… forever in our heart.

I can’t describe my feeling while going through my wedding. The akad nikah, the panggih, the wedding reception, all of them. Every single second means a lot. It surely does. If I can, I will absorb them, put it on my Pensieve and rewind alllllll the memory, every day… It gives me hope. It gives me smiles, a lot.

I don’t have any Pensieve, and btw, the idea of having “those-white-lines-going-out-from-your-head” are simple scary –and remind me of having stretched upil, well… my wild thought..

Anyway, there’s no Pensieve. Yes. But the moments should be recorded. Documentation, photography, they are very important. They way I will tell my kids about how cute and pretty the moment were; will be through this channel. That’s why si Mas and I are very meticulous on choosing the vendor.

Our choice goes to Myrza Photography. We basically just put all of our hope to have memorable moments on this vendor. All of them. From pre wedding photos, pre wedding videos (it’s so cute! I will explained and broadcast it alter on shortly), akad nikah photos, akad nikah videos, wedding reception photos, wedding reception videos, and the clip; all of them are provided by Myrza.

And what we’re saying is.

There’s no REGRET.

Not. At. All.

I’m happy with their work. Period!

Why? Some of the reason stated below:

1. Quality of work

Pictures tells you everything J  here’s some of the examples of their work J I love the whole theme, cute and funny!!!

What do I like about Myrza is their concept.

They know what I want, and how to make it happened.

(removed karena sekarang saya pakai hijab 😉) 

They do helped us in defining the theme, giving us the to-do-list, providing the makeup artist, helping us in “acting”, telling good stories, throwing stupid jokes during photo shoot sessions so we’re not being awkward dan maksa J ah… I love the team, so helpful!

2. Friendliness

Mas Rizkya s the marketing helps me a lot in channeling and translating my demand towards their capability. They worked so hard to find good place so our photos are not pasaran. They went so faaaar to find beautiful venue so we can have that “romantic feeling” on the videos.

Giving the tight timeline, secara kita baru foto prewed sekitar sebulan sebelum hari H yaaa.. they can meet the deadline on time and gives bunch of good pictures in hand. Hundreds, or Thousands, of pictures we should pick. And every single pictures tells different stories, all of them are cute, all of them makes me pretty, makes si Mas ganteng (emang udah ganteng sih J haha..)

We cant act. And mas Evan just makes me act easily. Some stupid pose, some crazy scenes, some uncommon style are all out. Mas Myrza was running under the rain. Mas-mas lighting (I forgot the name) were just laying back in the ground, manjat pohon, guling-guling di rumput demi menghasilkan Cahaya yang keren. Ah, they are very dedicated. It’s like their  own photos too. I’m touched J this is something that money can’t buy.

Bahkan after married, foto gw mau dianter ke rumah loh, dianter sampe literally teras rumah. What a service J

3. Price

After seeing the result, the package, and all… I though the price will choke our neck. But IT DOESN’T! ohhhh… We only spend very little for those package, dear dear dear.. If you need photographer, just go to Myrza photography and they’ll serve you like a king and queen J I have 2 edited video, 1 video liputan panjang, THOUSANDS of pictures (mentah dan edited), 3 albums with hundreds of photos on it, half dozens of photos on frame, 4 freaking big photo on frame (yang ditempatkan sepanjang lorong dan dekor), ah… that’s A LOT of bonus. I have standing frame being lend as well, terus all of the photo shoot sessions and the video shooting are provided by real professional make up artist J

Overall, this is my score!

Reason Why My Solat becomes more Joyful :)

Guys,

 Do you have a reason why you can be high-spirited to do “Praying” a little bit more diligent than usual?

For me the reason behind is:

#5. New mukena (with pretty model) :p

#4. Newly washed mukena with fresh fragrance J

#3. Wide and air-conditioned mushola with soft and smooth sajadah

#2. Having your parachute mukena as tidy as silk because it’s being ironed by your husband J

#1. Being a makmum to an imam with calm, deep, and melodious tone voices; and the assurance that I can do “salim” to THE guy and be kissed on the forehead without being forbidden  by “YOU ARE NOT HIS MUHRIM” rule J

Ps. this is not exactly the reason why I do pray, it’s just very nice (and joyous) to have this thing around ;)

Review: Kaliem: This is where you should order your wedding ring

Kaliem. Sounds weird. But this is where you should order your wedding. Why? Because mine is awesome and that was being ordered at that jeweler shop. If you go to blok M square lantai ground, ask for Kaliem. Everybody knows where the shop is. That’s the biggest specialty jeweler shop. Designed especially for wedding ring; this is where you can order to make your ring from various materials, with various design.

Kaliem is served by very friendly staff. They understand that choosing the right ring is not easy and we need to try hundreds if ring before finding the right one J aku dan mas aja pas milih spend 1-2 hours time there before deciding. In this point, I give my highest appreciation for kaliem.

Kaliem is very well known for making the ring very carefully. Soft and smooth final product; it makes me believe that my ring is gonna be awesome J yes, price does talk; and the price at Kaliem is surely above average. I don’t mind though.

On the previous posts I have told you that the ring we ordered made by white gold (me) and palladium (si mas). In total we spend like 10-11 gram in total for a set of ring.

This is the design we chose; but instead of 3, we only ordered 2 diamonds in the middle. Filosofinya adalah….. ada 2 pihak ter-engage dengan cincin ini; yakni kamu dan aku.. #cieh. #maksa... hahaha… Nggak nggak. Abis jariku dan jari mas kan relatively small; so we are not suitable using too wide ring. Kita kecilkan saja penampang cincinnya hoho.. Anyway, after 3 weeks, this is the ring’s done and we just save it until the D-Day.

When the ring’s done they package it in a small jewellery box, nice but not special. Ah sayang sekali. It could be better though.

The Honeymoon: What we do and how we do it *wink*

Kelapa Villa’s Gili Trawangan Lombok.

Just get back to the reality and start breathing as ordinary human being J hehe, well, as any other newly-wed couple who just escaped for the honeymoon. Well, so did we!

Right after the akad nikah on Jan 11^th 2013, and the wedding ceremony on 12^th Jan 2013 (psst.. I will do the vendor review shortly ya guys), then on Jnauary 14^th 2013 then we go to Lombok. Why Lombok? As simple as the Sucofindo give honeymoon package as a “gift”, and it is a choice between Bali or Lombok. Bali? Hmm, that’s waaaay to ordinary and Lombok looks so tempting J

After exploring here and there, we decided to do honeymoon at the Gilis J the Gili’s consists of 3 islands on the north west of Lombok island, just 10 minutes fast-boat voyage sailing, wohooo!

Unfortunately, the honeymoon compliments from Sucofindo doesn’t cover the Gili’s, only at Lombok island. Maka aku dan si mas memutuskan untuk minta cash back aja yang kalau dihitung jumlahnya around 3 mio (2 juta tiket PP untuk 2 orang) dan paket menginap 2 malam senilai 500k.

Nah, akhirnya hotel cari sendiri. Langsung browsinglah yaaa.. The criteria for our honeymoon venue should be:

• 1. Super romantic :D
• 2. Kalau bisa harus ada honeymoon package #superngiritmode: on
• 3. Private pool (ehm..) atau bath tub (ehm ehm..)
• 4. Private/separated from the main building, so ordinary hotel might not be a choice J
• 5. Last but not least: C-H-E-A-P

Hahaha, tak disangka tak dinyana; ternyata ada loh ya tempat kayak gitu J Afters reaching for several alternatives, then we found a venue named: Kelapa Villas. (Please see their website: "kelapa villas")

This place offer package for honeymoon consist of this:

• 1. 1x Romantic Dinner, including wine (but we don’t take the wine though, instead we have very nice es kelapa muda J)
• 2. 1 x Private snorkeling trip to the 3 gili’s including the equipments
• 3. 1x Massages treatment (Couple) for 1 hour
• 4. Pick up from the airport to the harbor with private car à from Lombok harbor to the Gili’s via private speed boat à And Cidomo (traditional horse cart) from the Gili’s harbor to the villas; two-way return

These include facility like: fresh wate (because mostly at the Gili’s water provided adalah air payau atau air proses-an. Tapi air yang disinid iimpor khusus dari Lombok lohhh..), Cable tv with DVD player (and the movie), super comfy living room, spacious kitchen and dining room , full cooking utensil (microwave, etc. Even BBQ dinner can be requested on demand), bicycle, open-air bathroom (this is so cool..!), private pool (wohoo), and I like the whole bath-equipment that’s all made by coconut-based. We got complimentary welcome drink, flower arrangement at the room, the welcoming fruit, and also cool bath robe and breakfast every morning, A/C is a must-lah ya…).

We have this package for 4 days and 3 nights for only... jeng jeng jeng.... 6,5 mio IDR.

The management is very friendly and open-hearted, warmth and attentive. We kept in touch with Ernest (the marketing) and Marga (the operational/managers in duty), and he even deliver the menu by himself. He called us regular to ensure everything’s set and even give us a lot of candles to shoo the fly (yes, in this season if we left the desk with some foods remins, it invites flies)

What did we do?

Hmm, besides honeymoon-ing (ya iyalah ya…) J this is our agenda for 4 days and 3 nights:

Day 1:

Depart from Jakarta at 9am and arrive at Lombok around 11. Being picked up by pak Hairun, he pick us up and we stopped by a very good and beautiful restaurant to eat ayam taliwang and pelecing kangkung J incredible nice, cant complain due to cheap price and nice view J kita lunchy dipinggir pantai gitu loooh), ada pasir dan deburan ombak, ihiiiy).

We arrive at the harbor around 1pm (kelamaan di makan siang), dan naik private spped boat, wohooo! Only for 15 minutes (normally 10 minutes padahal), soalnya gelombang agak besar (we just knew that Jakarta’s is starting to rain..) and then being picked up by cidomo J

FYI, di Gili ini gak ada kendaraan bermotor, jadi cara untuk berpelesir ria adalah dengan sepeda, atau cidomo (semacam sado/andong/delman/dokar, named it lah… kalau di Gili namanya cidomo) khusus ke kelapa Villas. FYI, kelapa ini letaknya agak special karena 900m dari bibir pantai J I don’t mind having this since I need privacy J not to mention that I will get bike to go around for free juga…

Sampai di kelapa villa’s…. langsung gak nyesel. This is I believe, the place in the whole Gili Trawangan. This is absolutely one of a kind. Super exclusive and look so expensive. Super Duper Elegant and… Romantic J

We arrived and Marga + Ernest welcomed us. So warm! We create the agenda for the day and spend the whole afternoon to enjoy the whole facilities. Private pools, and all, it looks so tempting so we spend the day, literally at the Villa’s.

When the evening comes, and the stomach screamed loudly, based on tripadvisor, we were advised to have dinner at Pasar seni. It’s only there at the nights and it provides traditional foods (and the barbeque’s menu: grilled fish, fresh seafood, with super awesome spices & herbs).

With red snapper, prawn and squid (it’s all jumbo-sized), we only spend 100k for 2, and we take away half of the foods (rupanya kita laper mata aja, haha). So it’s eligible for 2x dine time. Super cheap and totally worth it J so happy!

Day 2:

Hmm, after spending the whole morning with eating breakfast, leyeh-leyeh, main-main lucu dan berenang, segala macem, we spend the day with going around the island. Berbekal sepeda, sunblock, dan aqua 1,5 litre, sambil naiks peda kita keliling pulau, mengitari seluruh cincinnya J I will share the picture below, super pretty places:

At the night, aku dandan sedikit lebih cantik, karena we are going to have a romantic candlelight dinner session with my hubby (for the first time) J wohooo.. this is super special and totally awesome. Damn! Take a look at the menu that has been suggested to us:

Appetizer:

1. Chopped chicken pie with some herbs and sweet chilli sauce

2. Thailand seafood salad with sour sauces (it consist hell a lot of prawn and squid, fresh!!)

Main course:

Fried seafood with garlic sauce and onion à it looks upper pretty!

Dessert:

1. Banana spring roll with caramel sauce & ice cream

2. Fried apple with choco sauce & vanilla’s ice cream

Me likey!!!! No complain for the dinner, it looks extravagant, so I think price that I’m going to pay is so worth it!

Day 3:

This is a challenging day!

Started with breakfast, we woke up pretty early to have snorkeling trip J the boat provided for us is very spacious, yet, it’s only us who will be on it. I feel like a princess J hohohoho..

After choosing the right size for the googles and the kaki katak (englishnya apa yaa..), we start sailing the boat and having super quic snorkeling trip session (this is the first time for si Mas, 3^rd time for me, so we are cupu :P).

The trip begins at 9 and ends at 3pm dan memakan korban berupa si mas yang bergelimpangan setelah memaksakan diri ber-snorkel ria dan mengakibatkan beliau tumbang karena si mas Gantengku itu tidak enak badan dan gelombang laut yang tidak bersahabat.

Overall, it’s super pretty! We met about 4 times with penyu, aneka ria warna ikan, aneka ria karang-karang (I like the blue one), bertemu manta fish, star fish, some pretty clamp, and it’s all…..a nice journey J I love it, cant complain again. My skin is burned and darker darkerrr J

Karena si mas ga enak badan, passs banget, saatnya massage!!! J 1 hour massage treatment redeems allllll the fatigue. We went sleep in a smiley faces. Foto massage-nya ga usah di pajang ya.. maluuuu… terlalu sensual bok! :P

Day 4

Checking out time!

We are asked to be picked up at 10, having the same journey with cidomo and fast boat then picked up (again) by pak Hairun. We have short travel time to Pearl shop near by the beach. My eyes are opened to see that jewellery named Pearl could super beautiful and super…….expensive J

Aku naksir setengah mati dengan a pendant, Mutiara air laut, bentuknya lonjong with “drop” shapped and little diamond and silver chain. It cost….. 8 mio aja loh. Tapi it’s so pretty. It’s so so so pretty! Not talking about it so much I think si mas ngeh deh kalau aku senaksir itu sama si Pearl. Apa daya, duit aja belum sempet buat beli setrika… yuk mare pulanggg..

Pak Hairun akan mengantarkan kita jalan-jalan around Lombok dulu before departing via bandara Praya Lombok (new international airport at Lombok, sebelumnya di Mataram, sekarang di Lombok Tengah. It’s pretty far from the city centre though).

Aku pussssiiiing sekali seharian itu, nggak enak badan buangett… jadi aku ditiduran aja dipangku si Mas sepanjang jalan, not realizing where we go. Suddenly we stopped at a small pearl shop J yay! Aku beliin oleh-oleh buat mama, buat temen baikku, sama a bracelet and earrings for me J si mas beli buat Ibu dan… buatku J a similar pearl pendant (Mutiara air laut juga, bentuknya sama persisssss, Cuma sedikit lebih kecil aja… Tiba-tiba jadi pengen nangis ya Tuhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan.. Suamiku super baik sekali! Ah…  I’m touched…

Sempet beli oleh-oleh jelly, dodol, dan manisan khas ombok dari rumput laut juga.. trus cari makan siang J pak hairun ini emang jago cari tempat makan. He dropped us di rumah makan yang terlihat simple bernama RM. Murah meriah. Tempatnya makanan yang kayak warteg gitu, jadi dipajang makanannya. Aku sama dim as pilih belut, babat, keong :P sama sayur bening, minum jus buah naga campur lemon.

DUDE!!! The food is super HOT!!! But super TASTY!!!! Damn, I love this place and the fruit juice yang dimodif sama si mas is….. TOTALLY MAGNIFICENT!!! Cant say anything, cant ask for more..

Damn, I love Lombok, I love my Mas. I don’t want to tell story about the rest of the journey, I just want to close it by saying…. I hope I know thw awesomeness of being married earlier. Tau gitu, dari dulu J hahaha.. yang jelas, I love my husband. I do J
